We want you to be completely satisfied. While we cannot offer refunds, we will gladly provide a store credit or replacement in the following cases:

The item arrives damaged or defective

There is a mistake in the customization that was our fault (e.g., incorrect size, color, or name.

To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

A photo of the issue


A brief description of the problem


Return Policy for Custom Clothing

Thank you for shopping with us! We take pride in creating custom clothing made just for you. Because each item is specially made to order, please read our return policy carefully.


Custom Orders – All Sales Final

Due to the personalized nature of custom clothing, all sales are final and non-refundable once an order is placed. This includes any items with custom sizing, colors, names, logos, or design.




Order Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After that time, work on your custom piece will have already begun and we cannot cancel or refund.


Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses provided or courier issues.
